1. Promotion Organizer:

1.1 The Reebelo USA UGC giveaway competition (the "Promotion") is organized by Reebelo USA, located at 1520 S El Camino Real San Mateo, CA 94402. Contact email: support@reebelo.com. 

2. Start Date and End Date:

2.1 The Promotion will commence on the 20th of May 2023 at 10:00 am Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) and will conclude on the 31st of May 2023 at 11:59 pm Eastern Daylight Time (EDT).

3. Requirements for Participation and Mechanics of the Promotion:

3.1 The requirements for participation are as follows:

a) Participants must be legal residents of the United States of America and of legal age according to the regulations/law of their state of residence.

b) Participants must have a public Instagram account.

c) Participants must post a photo or video of their Reebelo experience on their Instagram account while using the hashtag #myreebelo and tagging Reebelo USA's Instagram account (@reebelo.us).

d) The photos or videos must feature a Reebelo product or be captured using a Reebelo product.

e) Participants are allowed to participate multiple times by posting multiple photos or videos, increasing their chances of winning.

4. Intellectual Property, Image Rights, and Copyright:

4.1 Participants grant Reebelo USA and its subsidiaries, affiliates, successors, and assigns a non-exclusive, fully paid, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, transmit, remove, retain, repurpose, create derivative works from, and commercialize the User Generated Content (UGC) posted in any media or form of communication, without obtaining additional consent, without restriction, notification, or attribution, and without compensating the participants in any way.

4.2 Participants declare that the photos or videos uploaded to their Instagram profiles for participation in the Promotion do not infringe any intellectual property or related rights.

4.3 Reebelo reserves the right to limit or partially restrict participant access to the Promotion if there are suspicions or evidence that the photos or videos used for participation fail to comply with the stated intellectual or related rights.

5. Promotion Conditions and Prizes:

5.1 Four (4) winners will be chosen at random using the Taggshop platform. The winners will be announced on the 1st of June 2023 through Reebelo USA's Instagram profile. 5.2 The prize will consist of:

a) One (1) grand prize of a $500 Reebelo Gift Voucher.

b) Three (3) runner-up prizes of $50 Reebelo Gift Vouchers.

5.3 The prizes may not be exchanged for cash or any other prize, nor may they be changed or altered in any way.

5.4 If the prize is not claimed within 5 business days, another participant will be chosen at random.

5.5 The running of the giveaway and the awarding of the prize are subject to current tax regulations.

5.6 If there are less than 100 entires, Reebelo has the right to cancel the giveaway.

6. Disqualifications and Penalties:

6.1 Participants who do not meet the requirements of these Terms and Conditions or provide invalid participation data will be automatically excluded from the Promotion, losing all rights to the offered prize(s).

7. Publication of Comments or Opinions:

7.1 Inappropriate, offensive, insulting, or discriminatory comments or opinions will not be allowed. Comments that violate the rights of third parties, infringe personal honor, personal and family privacy, or personal image rights will not be permitted. Reebelo USA will not be responsible for any damages caused by comments made by Promotion participants or that may offend the sensitivities of other participants.

7.2 Participation in the Promotion and the publication of comments made by participants must comply with the Instagram Community Guidelines and Instagram Terms of Use.

8. Exclusion and Limitation of Liability:

8.1 Under no circumstances shall Reebelo USA, its affiliates, and its and their shareholders, directors, officers, employees, agents, and representatives be liable for any damages of any kind arising out of, in connection with, or relating to the use of or inability to use the Services, including any liability:

a) As a publisher of information;

b) For any incorrect or inaccurate information;

c) For any unauthorized access to or disclosure of your transmissions or data;

d) For statements or conduct of any third party in connection with the Services; or

e) For any other matter relating to the Services or any third-party website.

8.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable laws, Reebelo USA, on behalf of its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, licensors, and service providers, excludes and disclaims liability for any losses and expenses of whatever nature and howsoever arising including, without limitation, any direct, indirect, general, special, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages; loss of use; loss of data; loss caused by a virus; loss of income or profit; loss of or damage to property; claims of third parties; or other losses of any kind or character, even if Reebelo USA has been advised of the possibility of such damages or losses, arising out of or in connection with the use of the Services.

8.3 You acknowledge and agree that you assume total responsibility for establishing such procedures for data backup and virus checking as you consider necessary. This limitation of liability applies whether the alleged liability is based on contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or any other basis.

9. Protection of Personal Data:

9.1 By accepting these Terms and Conditions, each participant consents to the inclusion of their personal data in a file owned by Reebelo USA for the purpose of managing the giveaway, disseminating and publicizing the results, and administering the prize awarding. Participants have the right to access, rectify, delete, oppose, limit processing, data portability, and the right to be forgotten by sending an email to support@reebelo.com, along with a copy of their ID document.

10. Changes and Acceptance:

10.1 Reebelo USA reserves the right to modify or expand these Terms and Conditions as long as they do not harm or impair the rights of Promotion participants.

10.2 By participating in the giveaway, participants fully accept the conditions stated in these Terms and Conditions. Participation in giveaways of this nature implies acceptance of Instagram's rules and regulations, as the giveaway will be conducted on that social network.
